Our cafe, nestled in the Gloucestershire countryside makes a great spot to enjoy our varied lunch menu, an afternoon tea or sweet treat with a tea or coffee. If you are short for time, all our menu items are take away friendly too.

The Little Bakery Company is steeped in history and takes great pride in the preservation of traditional methods passed down through generations.

Our artisan bakeries are cornerstones of the community and are each uniquely named to highlight a feature of their location. Both Bakery on the Water in Gloucestershire’s stunning Bourton-on-the-Water, Bakery on The Hill in the Medieval town of Burford, sit nestled on the River Windrush, and provide the perfect Cotswold spot to pick up freshly baked goods, or enjoy the charm of the area over a coffee, a scone, or a delicious breakfast or lunch. Our newest site Bakery on The Marsh - celebrates the local community of Moreton-in-Marsh in the cosy Gloucestershire countryside.

All our products and dishes are made by our talented and dedicated team of bakers, who also supply into local hospitality venues on a wholesale basis, bake a range stunning celebration cakes to order and create a range of delicious seasonal baked gifts and goodies all year long!

With our roots dating back to 1928, we use nearly a century of experience to create that perfect texture, that crunch, that softness and bake all day long in each shop.
Extended fermentation times ensure flavours can fully develop while creating a loaf that is still light on the stomach.
